Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing A Taste of Sex Intimacy Coaching. My goal is to provide a professional, welcoming, and supportive coaching experience for every client. Scheduling & Payment Appointments and coaching programs are confirmed upon receipt of payment. New clients begin with the Intimacy Discovery Session™ unless otherwise noted. Appointments cannot be held without payment. Appointments and coaching sessions are available by advance booking only and are conducted virtually. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. Missed Appointment Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit that session. Future appointments may require payment in full before booking. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling, and the session will be considered a late cancellation. Coaching Programs For multi-session programs, including Reclaiming Her Pleasure™, participants are encouraged to attend every session. Missed group sessions are not refundable. Coaching Disclaimer A Taste of Sex Intimacy Coaching provides educational and coaching services that support personal growth, intimacy, and relationship wellness. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis intervention and does not diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions. Confidentiality Your privacy is respected. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law. Group coaching participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of fellow participants. Agreement By booking an appointment or enrolling in a coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
